Ensuring that all pool water frequently passes through the treatment plant
Healthy Pool Water depends on Filtration, Circulation and Disinfection.
With uniform circulation of water in a pool, all the pool’s water regularly passes through the water treatment plant.
How do you know whether circulation of water in a pool is adequate?
- The only way to be sure, is to perform a dye-test in accordance with a recognised standard.
- Ensure there is always a uniform flow of water along the length of the wet deck edge channels on ALL four sides of the pool, not just two.
- Ensure the filtered and chemically treated water is returned to the pool trough a well designed grid of pool floor inlets.
- Continuously measure the pool circulation flow rate in the plant room.
